Kapālama Kai Plan

The Kapālama Kai Plan (KKP) brings to life a vision for kamaʻāina housing, thriving industrial businesses, and a vibrant transit-oriented community. The KKP updates the long-term plans and use of Kamehameha Schools’ (KS) 104 acres of commercial lands in the Kapālama region. Rooted in ʻāina, the plan fosters connectivity and access, creating an inclusive, mixed-use neighborhood.
